can holland get a 6th year?
He redshirted for USC. Then sat out a year. Now he's with us.
Because he had a broken collar bone during his redshirt season, can he apply for a 6th year assuming he wants to stay? Just some wishfull duck thinking.....

I don't think he redshirted at SC. I though the year he sat out here was when he used it. He's only a JR this coming year & it's his 4th year of college. I could be wrong though.

He broke the collar bone in fall camp and red shirted due to the break, transfered to Oregon as a red shirt freshman, sat out one season then barely played last season. He is a red shirt Junior & has 2 years to play.bigsugarduck wrote:He redshirted for USC. Then sat out a year. Now he's with us.

I do not believe a transfer can use the red shirt during the waiting season since they give up a season of eligibility during the transfer.
