Ok Ok if going to go back to some of the um older games. I have one that thought about earlier today. Technically was not a win... technically. In this case though a tie was as good as a win. Game am referring to was... Notre Dame.. We tied Notre Dame 10-10. Not sure of year but was in late 70's or early 80's

That was the game where Lou Holthtzpbpbpbpbpbp chose to settle for a tying field goal, rather than go for the win from inside the 10 yard line... before O/T rules became effective.
Autzen Stadium... Where great teams go to die...Hard!

1971 at the Coliseum, less than 4:00 minutes UCLA 40 - Oregon 20...Final score Ducks 41 - UCLA 40.

But really the Harvey Winn led victory over the Trojans at the Coliseum. A back-up ( 3rd string ), scrambling QB surprises the Trojan in their house. I couldn't speak for a week. Absolutely a magical game as the Trojans were bigger, better, and everyone expected a blowout.
Wouldn't call it the most unlikely win. though I have considered that to be the greatest comeback in Duck football. Very magical moment. I was listening to the game on the radio, and frankly got hooked on the Ducks due to that outcome,...,

The tie win ND in the early 80's comes to mind, simply because of how pathetic the Duck teams were in the prior years. When the game was origionally scheduled the status of Duck football was so poor that it looked to be a potential bloodbath.

I remember the game but not the player, maybe someone coming in from the outside. Not Lionel Coleman, I know him, Drake, Franklin, Graham?????
