Has anyone figured this out yet?!? Or is anyone else having trouble? I've got friends with different cable providers, they don't have any issues with watching content on mobile devices.

Yeah..Comcast's product sucks...you need to actually go to their site to access the Pac-12 streaming content on your device. this link may help http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/live/network/pac12network So far the "TV anywhere" capabilities of the network have been underwhelming to say the least.
