Maybe USC will struggle a little at QB next year. Good for us!

I've never understood why everyone thought dirty sanchez was so great. He was highly ranked coming out of HS but then led a very average offense while surrounded by a ton of talent. Good luck to whatever NFL team pisses away a draft pick on him

YES!! good news, Dirty Sanchez was due for a killer senior season. Who is their backup. Im scared of Matt Barkley.
I always thought Sanchez was good, but underutilized by Sark. Personally i do not think Sark is the god at developing Qb's that many ppl think he is.

Sanchez will be an elite QB in the league. I knew he had "it" since our game last year. Yes, he threw an INT at the end of the game, but he was amazing for the rest of it.

I would have loved to give Dirty Sanchez another Autzen spanking, but I guess that won't happen.

Re: Mark Sanchez... to the pros
Very interesting news and I agree he wasn't that good but he must have received a glowing report card from NFL scouts! Or he new this is his best chance to go pro because he wasn't that good and may or may not have won job next year! This is what a read a couple of months ago anyhow...
Good news for us but SC is SC they will throw another guy out there that can get the job done!

REALLY? I didn't see "it" in him at all...Phenom wrote:Sanchez will be an elite QB in the league. I knew he had "it" since our game last year. Yes, he threw an INT at the end of the game, but he was amazing for the rest of it.

I would be surprised if Barkley won the starting job as a true freshman.......unless Mustain and Corp really stink it up.
I'm somewhat disappointed that the Oregon secondary won't get another chance to pad their INT stats against him.

ESPN just said that the NFL scouts really like him. I don't see why!?!

Re: Mark Sanchez... to the pros
I don't think Sanchez was phenomenal by any means, but its probably a smart move. A lot of quality JR QB's are staying (Tebow, McCoy, Bradford, etc.) Sanchez will probably only be below Matthew Stafford and possibly Graham Harrell (sp?). This year's QB class is a lot weaker than next year's...

He lit up Oregon this past season, so I don't know why people are saying all of this crap about him.

Sanchez has all the mental and physical tools you look for in a franchise QB.
