Tennessee QB recieves Death threats

Sounds lovely down there! I know if I was a highly touted super recruit, with high expectations placed on me, I would want to go to a school and fan base that is accepting of my short commings. Those good old boys in Tennessee sure can dish out some southern comfort!

Sure hope you you run for 1000 yards by your soph. year Bryce. You might not like what happens if you dont.
Stewart Mandel-"From a purely aesthetic standpoint, I much prefer to watch a good spread-rushing offense over a traditional Power-I offense, and Oregon's has been the most fun by far for the past several years. It's fast, its precise, and when Chip Kelly has the right quarterback (Dixon, Masoli) at the helm, the possibility of someone ripping off a 60-yard run exists on nearly every play."

Those threats were probably from Kiffin :?

All publicity is good publicity. Kiffin plans to start pulling fire-alarm switches at their AD if they start losing.

Death threats to a quarterback..... Shows you where their priorities lie..... Kinda reminds me of Chokelahoma sending the death threats to the ref after their game with us. People are so stupid sometimes...

I hope all Duck fans remember that these are just kids playing a game. I hope I never hear about this in Eugene during my lifetime.

That was my first thought. Poor kid, I couldn't imagine getting a death threat if I had a bad day at work.

Those death threats against the ref (and of course the DEMAND that Oklahoma is declared winner) is the reason I hate Oklahoma, even more than the Fuskies and Beavers. Between these threats and Kiffin, Tennessee is climbing that list very fast.

As a football player, Jonathan Crompton is a POS. With that said, death threats are far too extreme. But leave it to SEC country to do that...

At least LSU fans threatened an opposing team's player and not one of their own, lol...

Not all publicity is good publicity. Ask Michael Vick.

What else would you expect from the state that produced Al Gore?

Good point. But, Kenny Chesney is from there and he's pretty talented.
