"wiseforexinvestor" = Usually this type of material would get me all wired up and ready to start talking smack....but, this is from a local nobody who obviously has not done any homework on the Ducks. Really, the only way BSU wins this game is if the dirty ponies take out Masoli again.
Phil Steele is NOT a local nobody. Many consider him THE college football guru. I heard him myself on the local talk show predicting a 10 point win for BSU over Oregon next year. Even the local radio hosts were surprised. Of course the local fans think he is spot on.

Could be the start of a new annual rivalry!Tinfoilman wrote:All of this is just is going to make Sept. 3rd that much sweeter. Can you say - Civil War part II. There will be tears a flowin that night down blue painted faces.
Good bye sweet dreams and hello nightmares for BSU. Just ask the Beavs who brought roses to the CW game. Love it.

Love the signature though.Canard wrote:BSU's "home field advantage" is WAC refereeing. Ever see an OOC game played at Hawaii?
Haven't been there for years and not that it really matters, but USC plays in Los Angeles, not Compton. The L.A. Coliseum is very close to downtown L.A. -- 3911 S. Figueroa St. to be exact. I used to get really greasy chili burgers late at night not too far away from the Coliseum at a place called Tommy's, donuts at Coopers and steaks at The Pantry for those of you who are in the know. Fond memories.

Tommy Burger's (with chili on them). Man that brings back memories from years gone by.liberalduck wrote:Tinfoilman wrote:Hey Canard, instead of your signature boy showing up as "loser" in his YMCA dance gear, shouldn't it be labled "Cal"? Where will we fall? This is funny to me. We are going to be ranked with the likes of Colorado State and Tulsa.

I love stuff like this. Nothing is sweeter than being an underdog with a chip on your shoulder to end up on top big time. BSU and Mr. Steele have no idea what wickedness is coming their way. I can't hardly stand the wait.

That was more accurate when Slick Rick was running the show in Seattle. The OS one would be more accurate if there was a sheep on a leash next to himTinfoilman wrote:Hey Canard, instead of your signature boy showing up as "loser" in his YMCA dance gear, shouldn't it be labled "Cal"? It's good in some ways to be the underdog. But, I hope it doesn't alter our pre-season rankings. Being ranked high to start basically gives a team the ability to over-come an additional loss and still get into the BCS.
