how does it work? I got 09 too late to join any online dynasties? do we need 10 people? what difficulty setting do we use? how often do we play? are there rules so that people don't cheat?

potential problems:

1) there's apparently only 2 of us ps3 users on here
2) neither of us knows how to set this up
3) I usually get only 1 or 2 chances to play per week
