softball is always tough for me to watch because i can't stand how delayed the strike calls are. seems to just be a softball thing, they've been doing it for as long as i can remember, but it bugs the crap out of me.

pretty great effort from the wisconsin pitcher, though. gotta give her a lot of credit.

that said, the floodgates have been opened. 6-1 oregon.

6-1 final. hawkins with a 2-hitter. rest of the day off, will try to close it out tomorrow. whoever we get will of course be playing a single-elimination game, and they'd have to beat us twice.
