agreed, their pitching has been lights out. total toss up series imo, both teams have omaha potential.

yep. dillon tate is a projected first rounder, and irvin/harber out-dueled him. for the moment, with those two splitting Friday duties, our biggest advantage is that we have our full allotment of relievers available today and tomorrow.
we do a good job of staying patient and rallying late. might need to do it again today, ucsb's starter today has been as lights out as tate.

wow! cuddy was a wrecking ball. i believe ucsb's starter allowed one run (total) in two games against decent opposition (byu, kentucky). great game. ucsb is going to win a lot of games this year and this will be a solid notch in our ncaa tournament resume.
