Oregon vs Oregon State (non-conference) L 11-10

Heartbreaking loss after tying the game, and having multiple chances to take the lead. It took only one blink before OSU took a 3 run lead in the 9th.
Still tried to tie the game in the end, but Steven Packard (who played his heart out) popped up.

I think the best thing the past couple weeks have shown is that Oregon's bats are finally starting to come alive. It seems that the staff has found a lineup that works and also stopped asking their hitters to get too cute on where they were trying to put the ball into play.

Yes, exactly. It's also reassuring how much they tried to fight back to get back in this game, instead of mentally giving up.
The top of the 9th though, was just a couple of blinks in the eye to see OSU score 3 runs.
