Has an Oregon visit scheduled. Just got a CB to Oregon on 247.

Sounds like Saban wanted him on the OL and he wants to play DL. Who knows, maybe another Arik Armstead in the making? Unless he is really awful, it seems like he's worth a shot - it isn't like the ducks are swimming in four-star DT's.

JHop is saying that he's been wanting to visit and he wants to be a Duck but we're not sure if we'll take him yet considering our limited # of spots. Will play itself out in January.

They've got 3-5 spots open but really want to take another DB or two, a WR, and a TE. The number of spots open could increase due to early draft entries and transfers.

I'm pretty sure if this dude was a legit 4-star DT, Cristobal would snap him up. It sounds like he peaked as a sophomore, sustained an ACL injury as a junior, gained a bunch of weight, and Alabama did some hemming and hawing and mentioning the blueshirt option. He's been committed to Alabama since July 2018, but was never given an official visit so that he could maintain his 'unrecruited' status. He visited Oregon in late November. On the 6A all-state list, he is listed as honorable mention. He has said in interviews that he sees himself as a DE with an amazing swim move.

I don't think this is the NT we were looking for.

Yea, could surprise, but seems like another big body with minus athleticism. I only watched half his senior highlight tape, admittedly.

Rivals had a story yesterday that Bama wants him to blueshirt. Nice way of saying you're processed out of the class. OVs set up for us and for Baylor.

^ Misleading. Kyle Ford was a 5 star on most sites and Bru McCoy was a top 10 player as well and both are at USC
