I hope Dan gets a raise this off season again. It's undeniable he has this program going in the right direction and his ceiling is high. Given the uncertain landscape we find ourselves in, we have to strike when we can and it's pivotal we don't give him a reason to leave us in the next few years.

I like what Dan is doing and he seems to be the perfect fit. He also seems reasonable. How about he has a winning record against osu and beats uw before we give him another pile of money.
