Essentially a new game in the 2nd half, we'll see who can force their will and style of play on their opponent more.
One of the benefits of getting the ball to start is it always gives fans more times to get the f back to their seats for when the Defense gets back on the field, hopefully up by 8.
We've got to destroy their OL with them down Simmons and their RG. Harmon needs to have the type of 2nd half that puts him as a possible 1st round IDL draft pick and we need to get Howard on his back for the crowds sake.

Holden has also kicked at opponents a few times (not connecting) while on the ground after catches and hitting away opponent’s hands who was trying to help him up off the turf.webfoots2001 wrote: Sat Oct 12, 2024 5:46 pmThe issue is Holden has had multiple stupid personal fouls this season.Autzenoise wrote:Horribly disappointing from Holden but let's not lose our minds getting down on him. Emotions are a hard thing to control during a game like this.

Good learning moment for him now rather than later in the season or post season.

Gee, it seems like the coaches didn't see anything in the 1st half they wanted to attack against OSU.

Been a good game so far. A couple bad play calls, couple big referee misses and we are up by 1. Those of you who remember Chip K, he is great at half time adjustments.

DG had a clean pocket and made some nice throws on the deep balls while Jordan had a nice half running the ball. So if you are Day what is your halftime adjustment?
OSU ran the ball decently, protected the QB, but the QB is nothing special.
OSU is outscoring opponents in the 3Q some crazy number like 80-3 or something. If Oregon wins the 3Q they win the game.

#4 is so good. Looked like an int but he’s able to go up for it

We cannot keep allowing them to score TDs in the RZ. Need to get stops.

I don’t expect Oregon to score every drive against the #1 defense in the country. Must be miserable to expect perfection at all timesDuck07 wrote:aren't you self-righteouswebfoots2001 wrote: Sat Oct 12, 2024 6:46 pmlol, life must be miserable for youDuck07 wrote:Gee, it seems like the coaches didn't see anything in the 1st half they wanted to attack against OSU.

I hate to say it but Ohio State has been dominant in the second half this season while Oregon has slept walk in the second half most of the season.

As improved as Oregon’s secondary is, we are seeing that they’re a really good secondary, not a great secondary. Ohio State is really dang good.
