Ducks win Game 1 4-2 behind another great outing from Grayson Grinsell and HRs from Neville and Walsh.

For those that follow the college game closer, do teams shorten the rotation in the playoffs? Are there starters who will help by putting them in relief roles?

No need as college teams typically only have the 3 weekend starters and maybe one or two midweek guys who can start but throw out of the bullpen on the weekends.

2nd time we attempted a bunt this series with 2 on and 0 outs and it resulted in a pop out. Wish we’d let our guys hit, poor coaching…

Don’t bunt against pitchers who throw 97-98 MPH…

Ducks bats are crushing it. 7-0 right now in the 4th! Still a lot of baseball to play, but gotta like what we’re doing against the Beavers so far.

Haha, right? There’s a time and a place to bunt but it’s gotta be the right batter and right pitcher, and all the other context with such a decision.
