If anyone is interested QB11 did a podcast with Hythloday that was nearly 3 hours long covering the incoming transfer players. Overall very informative and good content, definitely awkward at times and some excessive rambling from Hythloday. But if you can get past the awkward dislike Doug and Hythloday have for each other there is really good info/debate about the incoming transfers.

I listened through. Definitely some really good stuff, mixed in with some head scratchers.(Like Theineman redshirting).
Hyth is super smart but sometimes he gets off the rails.

Hyth is overly obsessed with certain transfers redshirting, which just isn't happening with their needs and the NFL potential of some guys.
As for Doug and Hyth, I don't think there's a dislike there; it's more two guys with very strong opinions on certain football strategy and roster construction/analysis.

For one reason or another, that was a tough listen. Great content but the tangents and such caused me to hit my fast forward button a number of times.

Completely agree, that easily could’ve been 1 hour less or more with the same content. Not sure if it was the alcohol but IMO Hythloday rambled way too much, and I still think there is some weird animosity between Hythloday and Doug, Doug kept saying “that’s never gonna happen” and Hythloday mocking Doug for things like his microphone not working, just was cringy and awkward at times for me.StevensTechU wrote:For one reason or another, that was a tough listen. QB11 for me was by far the highlight of that podcast but there is a reason he’s my fav duck podcaster. Hythloday is incredibly smart but talks too much and is overly stats/analytics obsessed, QB11 seems to have a better feel for the game, is generally better at podcasting, and has a good grasp of analytics while understanding that doesn’t tell the entire story.
Regardless, there was a lot of great info about the incoming transfers and that made it worth the listen to me.
