2024 Win 6: Ohio State

The big game! The game we circled on the calendars, our true intro to the Big Ten! We had hoped that both teams would remain undefeated and here we were, #2 5-0 at #3 5-0. Gameday in town, this couldn’t be bigger! And the game delivered. It was back and forth, neck to neck, all game long. Felt like most of the game they traded leads. But this was the game where Gabriel showed what he truly is capable, his deep ball was perfect all game as Oregon did something Ohio State didn’t think anyone could do to them, beat them deep. Both teams made mistakes, bad snaps, spitting on an opponent, but both teams played a very good game and it was exciting to watch.

Not only did Oregon show they belonged with the top of the Big Ten, but the Autzen crowd did as well! All game long the Autzen crowd made it difficult for the Ohio State offense to communicate. The pictures of Ohio State fans with their ears plugged will forever live in our minds.

Lanning also made some incredible coaching moves showing he is one of the top coaches in the nation.

After a back and forth all game long, our ducks won by 1 point in one of the most exciting games in Autzen history, and Lanning & Co showed the Big Ten and the entire nation that Oregon football has arrived!
