I agree will stein is not him. His scheme is not good enough to create imbalance in our favor. He’s too much of the put the ball in our playmakers but then if you beat your man you’re not getting many yards after catch. Lanning a problem is he’s too loyal to his staff and we’re too good for any of them to get fired.

I feel like Stein gets timid on the big stage and his playcalling doesn’t allow the team to get in a rhythm and requires a high level of execution putting too much pressure on the players. We have had moments with solid playcalls that it felt like Oregon could keep momentum with only for the offense to slow down and follow that big gain with a pretty conservative one. Doesn’t feel like Stein’s playcalling capitalizes on momentum on the big stage.

Stein hasn't and isn't getting high level offers. Dillingham got poached after one year. Teams don't wait. Programs pay consultants to watch film during coaching searches, and Stein isn't grading out. He's average and benefiting from the top talent Oregon has. It's similar to what happened with Arroyo.
