Re: Staying?
Sounds good to me, while we’re at it let’s keep Matayo, Sadiq, and Poncho for at least another year too.

Re: Staying?
If Phil is still alive, they're going to throw a large amount of money his way to stay. Who knows if it will be enough.

Re: Staying?
Sadiq and Matayao need to go to the league. NFL stands for Not For Long and they are more than ready for the pros.
The success rate of QBs who only started 1 year in college, especially RS-So and Juniors, is pretty low. He could use another year, imo.

Cam Ward got 33M in cash from the Titans this year as the #1 pick as part of his 49M/Guaranteed deal.

Re: Staying?
I think the best piece in there from Feldman is if the family is bringing up Jayden Daniels and the extra experience that would certainly bode well for Moore and Division St to find common ground to come back. It's one thing to get drafted early and another to fulfill that potential.Quietduck wrote: Wed Oct 01, 2025 8:43 pm

Re: Staying?
May not help that Stein has a good chance of getting picked up as a head coach this off-season.

IIRC JH and MM stuck around for an extra year pre NIL.

Re: Staying?
Walter Football just put Moore #1. If that holds and hes being looked at as a top pick itll be hard to say he shouldn’t go

Re: Staying?
Pretty true. There's 2 ways of looking at it though. The first way being that he can't raise is draft stock any higher, so he might as well enter the draft.Zyme wrote: Thu Oct 02, 2025 9:25 am Walter Football just put Moore #1. The second way being the same mind set as when he came to Oregon. He may recognize/feel he's not ready, and wants to be better prepared

Re: Staying?
If he does stay, how many of Moga, Smith Jr et al. do we lose?
