Damn! Spoke too soon, can't believe they upheld the TD on that one. Fleck is going to be apoplectic!

OF4L - you gotta admit, we as a board can be…at times…impossible to please. I get it, a lot of us have high standards and we love this team to death.
But go back and read the last 3 pages…Stein sucks if we don’t score, then Tosh sucks if we let another team with D1 scholarship/NIL athletes, that is well-coached and will make a bowl game gain anything more than 10-20 yards on a drive.
I’m not hating, I love it. The freak outs are what make us fans.
I happen to love everyone’s unique personality on here.
Speaking of that where the hell are Pez and STU? This is bordering on unexcused absences. They better have doctors notes.

Who was saying that Tuioti was not good? The guy is having a phenomenal year. Nice sack.

It wouldn't be a game thread without constant crashouts haha!bdkipe wrote: Fri Nov 14, 2025 9:49 pm OF4L - you gotta admit, we as a board can be…at times…impossible to please. I get it, a lot of us have high standards and we love this team to death.

I understand, but at the same time I said multiple times Stein has called a good game and have said the defense has been the highlight of this team. I think there are some valid complaints combined with overreactions from yours truly.bdkipe wrote:OF4L - you gotta admit, we as a board can be…at times…impossible to please. Also thanks for approaching this in a reasonable manner with the understanding this is an anonymous forum.

Noticing Wyatt getting a lot of run in pass rush situations. Had Tuioti and Wyatt out there on that one. Not sure if Uiagalelei was also on the field or if Wyatt is cutting into his snaps.

Matayo has had great run defense all year, it’s just not noticed, and he got the first sack of the game on a very explosive play. I wonder if he’s been dinged up or just flat out tired from playing so many snaps and Tuioti wants to lighten his load and give some talented young guys more play who also are very good pass rushers, especially on obvious pass plays.whosyourwally wrote:Noticing Wyatt getting a lot of run in pass rush situations. Sadiq gets so much attention for being a freak athlete as he should, but it isn’t like Jamari Johnson isn’t a freak himself!
