YOu indicated people fled the scene because of MIP that would be secondary in this case. The police could find those people and take statements from them. THat's fact. Secondly why would the police and AD take part in a potential cover-up. Yikes, that would have serious legal implications for the university and I am just not sure Rob Mullens would let that happen. It is interesting to me that this has not surfaced on any board toher thatn this one. In this day and age of twitter and blogs this just couldnt' be covered up. Not saying I dont think somethign happened I am just wondering to what extent.

Don't know where to look, for sure, but if officers or EMTs were called , there will be a record on the public daily call log concerning the incident. I little doubt that if there was a story to be had, some enterprising reporter worth his salt would be all over this.

Now if we only knew the date...maybe some of the eyewitnesses can furnish that.
