Gabriel has played a pretty good game. This isn't on him. He's played on worse teams and has posted strong stats.
Oh I 100% agree, this is due to our generationally bad OLine, but I do think his vision isn’t very good, he’s been missing a lot of open receivers even when he has time.

He doesn't have time to. The lack of down field passing is directly tied to the lack of time to let a play develop. He's getting pressured even on a lot of quick passes.

This. They were trying to stretch the field in the first half but he was taking hits. Second half was short passing game on purpose.

I wish they would play Jay Harris. He hasn't gotten a single touch this game.

It's difficult to imagine that he's worse than Whittingham.

Lol this, I actually think the RB’s and WR’s are really good but can’t get downfield cause our OLine is getting pushed around.

There's obviously something over than RB play involved but it doesn't change that Whittingham isn't very good. At least let Jay harris play.

This is only proving how great James has been on multiple carries making something out of absolutely nothing

I wondering if Whittingham is still getting back to his former self? He's gotten tripped up by the turf and loss his balance a few times on runs today.

A win is a win?

This is tough, cause I am not feeling good about this season at all. I said 9-3 and I’m questioning that and the game next week against Boise St. What is weird is I think this is a team with national championship caliber talent at almost every position except a below FCS level Oline and LB depth. If Bassa plays the score is 24-7. LB depth is another issue. I’ll give Gabriel another chance but he just threw short easy passes all night to get to a good passing %, anything farther than 10 yards downfield felt iffy.
