OMG why are we even passing the ball behind the line of scrimmage to began with? WTF, seriously.

But as a big man, do you put the ball down into an area where the ball can be hit, or do you just take the fall forward?

Herbert was not in a position to succeed there BUT do not fumble the ball.

Here's an idea. We will go to the transfer portal and get the best wide receiver in college football, and then basically ignore him three quarters of the game. We are brilliant.

Also, I do want to say, Ashton Jeanty and the Boise State OLine is fantastic.

So far we are making every team we play look like playoff contenders.

I hate to bag on a kid, but Pickard is a full blown liability. He’s constantly getting blown up, now this. I wanted to give benefit of the doubt with guys praising him in camp, but it’s ugly.

How about tackling by wrapping up. Hitting Jeanty doesn’t do it.

We are not disciplined - we are our own worst enemies.

Yet, even after last week, we turned around and started him again. So it appears, he is the best we got.

I tried warning everyone here about Stein. Nix, Bucky, JPJ, and Franklin covered up a TON of issues on the offense. Game isn’t over and neither is the season but it certainly looks like this offense is extremely disorganized, undisciplined, and sloppy with some very timid and uncreative playcalling.

Well, Poncho is the best option, and a lot of their best drives this game have come when they moved him over. I’m not sure why they keep reverting back to the line with Pickard. His playing has been necessitated by injuries, but feels like even then, they could use Strother. Confused by the choices.
