Getting KT, Funa, Wright, Sewell, and Flowe in back to back seasons would be a national CFB story.

It was incredibly close.alxtw wrote:Didn't know we were that close to getting Juju. Imagine how good we could have been with him.GoDucksTroll wrote:If anyone wants to see what Biggins said:
But I just put a CB in for Oregon with Justin Flowe. That’s where things are tonight. I’ve seen a lot of kids go to bed with one school locked in and wake up with another- mentioned it earlier, happened with Juju Smith and Herschel Dennis. So we’ll see what happens from here.
Let's not repeat the Juju or Devon Williams fiasco.
Storytime: Juju, who was John Smith instead of Juju Smith-Schuster back then, called the Oregon coaches and committed. They were watching the stream of his commitment ceremony. Juju does a hat fake for Oregon and puts on the USC hat. Oregon coaches could be heard in a yell of a naughty word. They didn't know he changed his mind.

It looks like it is indeed 11:00 or 11:20, not sure if I made a typo or because 247's page said 1:00.brich75 wrote:I’m pretty sure it’s 11Tray Dub wrote:Isn't it 11 am pacific?GoDucksTroll wrote:1:00 tomorrow on ESPNU is Flowe's announcement. 247's listed times for everything they do all appear to be two hours ahead of us. So them posting 1pm = 11am pst still. Nobody was technically wrong, just lack of time zone clarification.

This sure feels different than with Devon Williams, like the shoe is on the other foot. USC boards wringing their hands and worried they aren't hearing from Flowe this morning. It's especially nice since Williams is also now back with Oregon.

Losing Wilson is really softened by having Williams in the fold. Devon practicing with the team for most of the season is great, hopefully he and Shough have some chemistry developed by now.Phalanx wrote:This sure feels different than with Devon Williams, like the shoe is on the other foot. Re: Justin Flowe
The two USC insiders switched their picks back to Oregon and all the momentum is Flowe to Oregon. Feeling pretty confident he signs with us.Phalanx wrote:This sure feels different than with Devon Williams, like the shoe is on the other foot. I don’t know this seems like a big set up to me. I’m betting USC.

Just looking at the class they signed this morning I just don't understand how he could pick SC, they have no momentum going at the moment. Time to be the bride instead of the bridesmaid....

Re: Justin Flowe
Given what we think has probably happened today -- and given what we've seen the past two seasons -- is it fair to say that Oregon is now a defensive team?
Willie Taggart is a dick.

Re: Justin Flowe
I think if get Flowe and Ringo could definitely say they are a defensive team. We really need a home run hire for the OC and get a good offense to compliment it and to strike fear in teams.

A little premature, we have no idea where Flowe and Ringo are going.pezsez1 wrote:Given what we think has probably happened today -- and given what we've seen the past two seasons -- is it fair to say that Oregon is now a defensive team?

Apparently Snoop Dogg is watching the live video of Flowe's commitment, that can't be a good sign.
