great opener!
thought reed had his best game in some time, we made solid contact, and came up with the clutch hits. this could have easily been a 7 or 8 run outburst if some bang-bang calls went in our favor. not bad against a friday starter.
thomas is in a zone the last two weeks.

0-0 in the 4th. we've had runners in scoring position in each of the last three innings, but haven't been able to come up with the hit that matters. alto has stranded four runners all by himself in two ABs.

Nice to see Reed pitch well. He hasn't had the best start to the season. Hopefully the bats don't bite us in game 2. 11 hits in game one was impressive.

Thorpe is doing great. Got 2 in the last 2 innings.
Ducks up 2-0 in bottom of the 6th.

Sherfy closes out the game and Oregon gets the win, 8-4. Now 2-0 to start conference play. Going for the sweep tomorrow.
