Re: Finish revised
I am also hearing wilson on the verge of a flip to asu. I thing the DBs and safeties are locked in. (We still have a good chance at ringo, dontae and flowe).
Latu likely non qual.
Do the ducks only sign one receiver?

Technically, Devon Williams also counts against the 2020 class. I hope they continue to pursue Rogers and Washington as pass catching tight ends.

Glad that Oregon redeemed itself on National TV and in the leadup to the Early Signing Period. I wonder if MC can land several more recruits? Winning the CCG should help.

Re: Finish revised
Depends on whether they want to play for a consistent conference title contender that UO is. Outside UO, UW, and USC, I don't see others. Utah, ASU, etc., may have good teams, now and then, but, seldom win conference title.

Seems pretty clear to me that the attraction is playing with Daniels.greenyellow wrote:

Re: Finish revised
Daniels being a true freshman and playing well is a major draw for these kids, he's only going to get better. Oregon wil have a relative unknown next season. I can see why a kid would flip

Didn't realize that it is the guy they poached from Oregon that is flipping Wilson.

JHop is reporting that they expect Wilson to stick but in cases like this it’s always the currently committed team that finds out last.

Re: Finish revised
I feel like that asu game really gave them a boost in their wr recruiting. They re probably saying look what we did to one of the nations top defenses with our freshman qb n wrs.
On the flip side, one could argue that usc has a group of wrs better than those of asu. Also, slovis is just as good as jayden daniels. Not to mention jayden daniels has been very up and down through out the year. Both teams have good passing games but we came in to those games respecting usc s pass game and not respecting asu s pass game.
Its a shame we didnt get tyler in earlier during blow out games so high schoolers could see what he can do on the field.

Re: Finish revised
I would hate to lose Wilson, but not the end of the world. Huffman did a podcast the other day when he said Wilson is probably a TE in college. But we’ve been having success with Spencer Webb and Juwan Johnson. Geez, Juwan is huge. Standing next to the referee after his big catch on Friday he looked like an NBA power forward. I wish we could have a guy like him for four years.

Re: Finish revised
Personally I don’t think he will flip, I think they saw an opportunity with the big win against us and gave it their best shot. Things have calmed down and Oregon just beat Utah and now going to rose bowl. I trust our coaches to put this fire out.
