We'll see, last time I made a stupid deep first round. Tiit Sok for example was a above average starter at 29 in the first year. Not sure the same thing will happen
I mean my second round sucked, 4th and everything after that sucked too so I mean it can't be worse than last time.

NBA was also a lot deeper in 1988 than it was in 1980. Some of the teams at the top will have great players but if they strike out on their late 2nd rounder they may have an incomplete team.

I'll give up 2 1st round picks for a 1st rounder in the creation draft FYI

Honestly I I’m fine with picking in the middle of the draft. Lots of potential and sure things. I personally wouldn’t trade pick until at least after training camps. But if your pick late 1st I can see the ideology.. but personally I’d give them the early 2nd, save the 1st pick for 1st later on, good top 50 IMO

Love the Moses pick at 3

Potentially the best player (currently) and still young to grow. Great pick

I was trying to get into the top 3 so bad. There are a lot of talents in top 15 , but those 3 seemed like they are a bit lower risk than the other top young guys, and younger than the other no doubt stars.

Yeah Moses is the steal, I would have taken over Magic but we shall see

I also had Moses above Magic, especially since Magic can't play PG

I forgot to post this earlier: after the reworking of the ratings, he can play there now as he wont break the system as originally thought.

Thats my bad forgetting and not posting, sorry

Silkma going high!

Man, if one of the guys who s/b top 5 drops, i might need to trade up!

Sikma is a calculated risk. There are players who are better now, but he's very good at the two most important things for his position (Rebounding and Inside scoring) and in the hidden stats he should be very good at FT shooting which is in the next tier down. Right age to both improve and stay good through at least 2 contracts. So this is a bet on a 5-8 year window instead of the 2-5 that some of the other top 5 contenders bring.

This was a super clear top 3, couple of established stars then... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
