dthomas- bro please tell me how can "LOVE" our class. I think we are ok but at this point we are in the bottom half of the Pac10 in recruiting and lets not talk nationally. That could change but a lot has to go right. You're a good Duck fan but please don't become a robot cromie or cromey........lol.

Re: Adam Hall
I agree if we can get Boyd, Brown and Harris we will be sitting pretty. The WR position is deep as it is now for the Ducks and we already have a lot of 2010 WR's looking at the Ducks. We are also still on the board for Montgomery so we could still end up with a good class.dthomas=ddixon wrote:jasnwip wrote:dthomas, you're killing me bro. I love the sarcasim......I'm really not trying to be a jerk. I just don't really see where the doom & gloomers are coming from. I personally love our class as it is, add a few of these guys like Boyd & it's great.

MOPS bro, just having fun with a few people in here right now. I know the sky isn't falling anytime soon. We will and SHOULD dominate our sisters to the north. If that ever changes wow would this forum be interesting.......lol.

Ok maybe I don't "love" it but I do really like it. Guys BoLo, Clay, Patterson, & Tuinie get me excited. It just seems like those high 3*s to low 4*s always end up being huge contributers for us. Adding Boyd, Harris & Brown would really help tojasnwip wrote:dthomas- bro please tell me how can "LOVE" our class. Class A: Average Star rating is 3.21jasnwip wrote:dthomas- bro please tell me how can "LOVE" our class. Class B: Average Star rating is 3.05
Class C: Average Star rating is 3.25
Which is which.
Class A is 2008
Class B is 2009 so far
Class C is 2007
The 2009 class can only get better with who we are recruiting and will most likely pass the other two in average star rating when all is said and done. BTW average star rating is the best and most considered way to judge classes.

Thanks mops, you said it much better than I could. Like you've been saying for awhile, don't judge this class till it's finished & signing day is over.Mops wrote:Class A: Average Star rating is 3.21jasnwip wrote:dthomas- bro please tell me how can "LOVE" our class. Re: Adam Hall
To further explain how our class will be even better.
Lets say we get the best case for guys left on the board. That means Brown, Boyd, Hall, Jackson, Harris, Evans, Brown, and Gaines all come to Oregon.
That gives us 25 recruits and an average star rating of 3.34!Thats more than in 2007 which has been our best class ever.
Now, lets say we miss out on Evans and Bryce Brown.
Boyd, Jackson, Harris, Gaines, and DT Brown.
That puts us at 3.27 which is still better than last year!

Only thing I understand is 40 times and how many stars a player has been rewarded. Like in elementary school, the only thing that matters is lots of gold stars.....
