John Mateer, Wazzu QB, has entered the transfer portal. The delay is probably because the Wazzu contingent put together an attractive NIL package to stay. I would guess, then, that other schools have upped their offers or he doesn't like how the team is looking with so many other guys hitting the portal.

Just saw a report that says this is the case.

That would be something if Pribula leaves, Penn State gets 2 wins in the Playoff, Allar boosts his stock into the 1st and then leaves after a Semi-Final loss.

Penn State social media thinks Allar returning makes him a top 5 NFL pick next year and the team national title favorites and I think we've discovered another very delusional fanbase.

I will say though, that road game in late september at Penn State is looking like the closest thing to a loss for next season.

We'll see what they get in the portal. Their last 3 recruiting classes have been 15th, 15th, and 14th, so replacing the outgoing talent might not be a given. From the jump, it seems like their pass game is more likely to take a step back then a step forward with the roster that's currently constructed.

I noticed Jaylin Davies has hit the portal after three years at UCLA. I wonder how much he would have played if he had stayed here.

His brother Zion Branch is also in the portal, which leads me to think it's potentially a package deal. Zachariah could be our go-to receiver but Zion wouldn't see the field.

Former Duck Cole Martin is transferring from ASU to UCLA to play for his dad Demetrice "Coach Meat" Martin, who was just announced as coming over from Michigan State.

Related, another former Duck in Jaylin Davies is leaving UCLA.

Branch and Moore on the field together would be a nightmare for DB’s especially with Dante Moore’s arm.

Branch brothers would be a fun add, but I feel like they'd get more touches collectively somewhere else.
