True! I will say, Texas is probably the best team left in the bracket so Oregon will need to play its best ball and hope Texas makes some mistakes.

It’s crazy there are only two seeded teams that don’t get to host a super regional, and sure enough Oregon was one of them.

A lot of teams got quite lucky with their matchups after those crazy regionals, but Oregon was definitely one of them.

Re-seeding for the supers and Omaha would’ve helped Oregon quite a bit.

The national seeds are having a really hard time. Hope that continues today…

Scolari is stinking it up. 4 runs on two hits and 3 walks in the first two innings. Weak effort. Not going to beat Texas on their field pitching scared.

What a pathetic effort in the supers. I don’t dislike Waz but sometimes wish we had a grown in the bullpen to teach these boys to grow up. This effort is so difficult to watch and anytime we get RISP whoever is at the plate swings at crap trying to be the hero. Not like this team doesn’t have the firepower to keep up with Texas but when Scolari is giving them runs and our hitters are giving their pitcher strikeouts with RISP we won’t make it to Omaha yet again.

Walks and the offense stranding runners on base is a losing combo.

Might as well add a balk with the bases loaded. The hardest thing with Oregon sports in the postseason is we don’t need to find out if the opponent can beat Oregon cause Oregon will just beat themselves.

Pretty pathetic we have outhit Texas 5-2.

Again, this team needs to grow up, and because this sort of performance seems to happen every postseason I can’t help but feel it’s Wasikoski’s coaching. What else can it be at this point? This team relies on their power all regular season long but when we get in the postseason we just see this team implode cause they play such poor fundamental baseball.
