So my question is how will this affect the team if Masoli is found innocent? If the facts that tray has posted are true, but the DA can't prove it in court, then will it cause a divide in the locker room? Will some players be loyal to JM while others won't trust him anymore? Trust in a teams QB is a big deal, especially in close games.

It all comes down to if Masoli lied to Chip or not about his involvement.

If Masoli is found to have lied to Chip or in court, then he should be in jail and gone from the team.

I don't get what all this "if he lied to Chip" talk is about. Who cares if he lied to Chip.

If he pleads guilty to or is convicted of a felony, he's gonzo. Period. Whether he lied to Chip or not is beside the point.

It's more about CK giving his players the benefit of the doubt and backing them up 100%. If they lied to him or the coaches, that makes a world of difference for CK and the coaches. They will not tolerate it, even if in the court of law Masoli is found not guilty.
