Wildfires shouldn't be an issue...LA kids would think it a typical smoggy South Cal. day...
Good point about the turf...I was under the impression this was a night game. The team deals with the dry heat just fine and it should not be an issue, any more so than an ASU game.
I still think the media hype that will be posed to fall on BSU prior to the game could be a distraction to them. Huge pressure, since losing this game puts them out of the BCS conversation, they don't have the schedule to recover from it.
I remember being a bit uneasy before CW last season, not so much a bad feeling, just nervous. By the end of the 3rd qtr I was thinking "what was I so nervous about?!?" as we manhandled the beavs. Come Sept 5th, right around halftime I hope we ALL are thinking the same thing "what were we so nervous about" as we rout the broncs...
We all know the feeling, being up by several scores with minimal time left on the clock, its a beautiful thing. LETS DO IT!
GO DUCKS.

I doubt the Boise State players feel the same, but if they do feel the same as the fans, then they will be overconfident. I think this game might turn out like the fuskie game in '07, score wise. Tied going into the 4th, with us pulling away heavily. One thing that I'm worried about it the officiating. With a WAC officiating crew, will they be looking through blue colored shades to protect their only BCS hopeful?

Anyone know if that coward or a safety will be back for the bonco's next year? I am really hoping that Masoli runs that safety's @$$ over on the way to a td.

You know what you're right... the game is on a Thursday night so the excessive mid day heat on the blue turf will not be a factor.
