Sanford allows his first hit but he's now up to 12 strikeouts through 5 innings.

Oregon had two on with one out but Jaksa hits into a double play to end the T6. Would be nice to get a few more runs before they turn the game over to the bullpen.

Oregon offense leaving a lot to be desired so far. That was a disappointing plate appearance by Jaksa to hit into a double play like that.

Oregon with a quick inning on offense as Lauaki hits into a DP and Molony hits a soft grounder to WSU's SS.

Sanford's day is done after walking his last batter with one out in the B7. Heckuva day by him with 14 Ks.

I mean yes WSU pitching/defense has been great but Oregon has been making it really easy for them with just awful plate appearances and boneheaded mistakes.

Some awful offensive strategy from Oregon in the T8.

I guess Coach Waz and the ducks wanted to break the narrative from the last few years so they decided to reserve all the stupidity for offense.

Great work from Bradley to get 2 more strikeouts to end the B8. If only the offense would wake up to give them some insurance runs.
