Hopefully Oregon can work things out otherwise they won't make regionals.

We have hit more ground balls this series than we have all of Pac-10 season.

And the Beavers seem to getting an inordinate number of one bouncers coming down between the infield and outfield... The Ducks certainly could have used a few of those when they instead left multiple players stranded on base.

Ridiculous. Great weekend to forget how to play baseball.

Down 5-1 going into the 9th, Oregon has scored 4 runs to tie it up. Serna with the game-tying single. Runners at 1st and 2nd, two outs.

Man. If we played every inning like it was the 9th... we'd be unbeatable. I'm eagerly anticipating finding out how we'll end up losing this in extra innings this time around.

tied 5-5, thanks to 4 runs in the 9th.. It'd be amazing if we could even get one considering how bad we played to start this game.

Tough week. They just couldn't get their hitting going until the late innings, which is not what they had been doing in earlier games. I could see the Ducks possibly dropping out of the Top 25 after this weekend's results. As for regionals, Oregon really only needs to win at least 5 more games of the remaining 12 to be a lock to get in, but that's going to be tough.

Well after looking at the remaining 12 games, I think is very possible. They play San Diego on Tuesday and then a 3-game series with East Tennessee State over the weekend. Winning at least 3 out of 4 is a must. If they get at least 3, I don't see them not winning at least 2 more in the remaining 8 games.

Only winning 5 of the remaining 12 is the worst possible case scenario here. We'll be fine. We'll win at least 7 and coast into regionals.
