Tobi Haastrup to West Virginia
Eugene party scene can't hold a candle to a bunch of New Jersey kids up in the mountains.

College football 2026. One thing we have learned is 40% don't really care about winning a national championship, or anything at all actually. West Virginia, Udub, Bowling Green, nothing schools, and honestly, not even football schools, so ok.
To be honest, I have always taken a lot of pride in my work habits and work quality, but I have never really cared if my company's product was the best in the marketplace or not.
What I find more interesting than most of these decisions, which lets face it boils down to money in literally 99.5% of the decisions, is that very few of these players followed Tosh or Stein to their new places.

Bizarre where Novosad ended up. He should've stayed at Oregon to be the guy when Dante leaves.
Sounds like he slipped down the depth chart, or it was a possibility that he would have. With Moore staying I'm pretty sure he would've had only 1 more year of eligibility after next season, so it's not that surprising he chose to leave regardless of the landing spot. I do agree that bowling green is an odd place for him though. I would've thought he could've gone to a more football focused school

Looks like Seaton will end up at Miami, rumors are they are willing to throw a lot more money at Seaton than Oregon is.

Interesting. I see early estimates it may cost as much as $10 million for Miami to get the Mensah deal done. I wouldn't be surprised to see Seaton end up in the $2.5-3.0 million range. This would seem next level NIL spending, even for Miami. Oregon hasn't really appeared to spend much in the portal so far, and with many of the top portal players signed, it would seem like $ could be there?

I seriously doubt he was ever in line to be the guy, if the only school wanting him was Bowling green He could have stayed here and backed up portal WBs for his career.
He can’t shed blocks at all, which seemed to be a lot of fans complaints about our LBs last year. Plus he secretly takes pics of his teammates and sells them on OF. He would have been a hard pass by me
