Oregon's hitting is far too inconsistent to beat great teams like OSU and Cal State Fullerton, which explains why both teams swept Oregon. Also, the injuries definitely hurt. It seems like inconsistent hitting has been a problem over the last few years, hopefully at some point that gets fixed.
