Did I miss something? I got an e-mail from Scout today saying he is a soft verbal to Oregon.

Not an impact on next season? I bet if he does come to Oregon, there is a great chance he starts. He would be a huge loss. Players waiting in the wings are just as iffy.

Oh, I get it now, this entire thread is built on rumours and guesses. Is there a single strand of evidence that any of this is factual? Moseley is not always that accurate. Let's all settle down until we know for sure. Geez, this is starting to sound like the board on O-live.

This doesn't make or break next season in any way. We are getting tons of attention & being talked about as a top 10 team without Leon. All I'm trying to say is we have a great team going into next season whether Leon makes it or not.

Also has anyone confirmed that him & all the JC guys we are going after won't make it? Or is this just pure speculation that has gotten out of hand.

Yeah, good question. I think we need to hear from Mops or another "insider" soon with some updates.

boyett is absolutely no leon.

dont get me wrong, hes good but he is not leon.

boyett is exciting but all of his highlight tapes are of him as a QB so i don't know what to expect

I leave for Sunday/Monday and come back to see we may not get Leon due to grades, what seriously?

I think the fact that Leon wont graduate from JC until May is the kicker. Of course there is always going to be worry about him getting the grades if its that long ahead. That said I expect Leon to be on Campus as a Duck next fall.

Isn't that when JC guys usualy graduate? I mean we shouldn't expect JC guys to graduate until May normaly since it's the end of the last term. That means he has all summer to get admitted as long as he does in fact graduate.

If he can't qualify at Oregon........I find it hard to believe he would qualify at Kal.
