Pre-snap penalties killing OSU. Well, that and being overmatched in general.

Yeah, they have G5, almost FCS level talent. Gundy looks like he's past his expiration date.Everythingsducky wrote: Sat Sep 06, 2025 2:02 pm Pre-snap penalties killing OSU. Well, that and being overmatched in general.
If Gundy is still the coach after this season then he’s got some good friends in the athletic department and donor base.wepto wrote: Sat Sep 06, 2025 2:04 pmYeah, they have G5, almost FCS level talent. Respectfully disagree. Ducks kicking their collective asses, why not try fun stuff, see what could work or stick moving forward? This is basically a pre-season game anyway.wepto wrote: Sat Sep 06, 2025 2:02 pm Too many gadget plays. Can get away with it against these bad teams. Worried what it will look like against contenders.
I completely disagree, Stein is one of the best at presnap alignments. He is just getting his athletes in space and with a QB like Moore the entire field is open.wepto wrote: Sat Sep 06, 2025 2:02 pm Too many gadget plays. Can get away with it against these bad teams. Gundy has an almost entirely new staff. He will get some rope.OregonFan4Life wrote: Sat Sep 06, 2025 2:10 pmIf Gundy is still the coach after this season then he’s got some good friends in the athletic department and donor base.wepto wrote: Sat Sep 06, 2025 2:04 pmYeah, they have G5, almost FCS level talent. Kingston Lopa is going to kill someone this season.StevensTechU wrote: Sat Sep 06, 2025 2:26 pm This is teetering on being so lopsided that I almost feel bad.
I think Gundy might have been trying to galvanize his donor base with his comments earlier this week. Unfortunately for him, this might be such a bad result that they pour in money only if there's a new coach.
Our safeties might actually be better at identifying running lanes than our linebackers. That's my only serious complaint, other than the offense's procedural issues.
In the r/Ducks game thread they said the trainers weren't even talking to him. I think he's just hurting but will be fine.OregonFan4Life wrote: Sat Sep 06, 2025 2:19 pm I am sick to my stomach worried about Dante right now.
Thought that as well about Gundy…’look what they do with their money, where is our donor base?’. Surprised Boetcher has been relatively quiet through 1.5 games, wasn’t expecting Mixon or Jackson to light it up anyway.StevensTechU wrote: Sat Sep 06, 2025 2:26 pm This is teetering on being so lopsided that I almost feel bad.
