The inning started with Wagner grounding out, Cid walked, Sievers singled, went to 2nd on the throw, advancing Cid to 3rd, Bowden, sac fly scores, scores Cid, Sievers to 3rd, Cruse brings Sievers in with a single, 7-0.

Cruse drives in Sievers with an RBI single. 7-0 Ducks.

Utecht singles to put two on for Oregon with Burks coming to bat. Galey pinch running for Utecht.

Cruse scores after Burks hits an RBI single back up the middle. 8-0 Ducks and looking at a potential run-rule win now.

Bunker hits a double to drive in Galey. 9-0 Ducks.

Another RBI for Burks, makes it 8-0 Ducks, Bunker doubles, brings in Burks, Galey, 10-0.

Cook drives in Burks and Bunker with a 2-RBI single of her own. 11-0 Ducks.

Army finally gets out of the inning but will need at least 4 runs to keep from getting run-ruled.

Dail strikes out the final batter and the Ducks win 11-0. They'll face Texas Tech and Texas A&M tomorrow.

Good win for the Ducks, 8 hits, 11 runs, only left 4 on base. Burks leads the way, going 2-2, a home run, 3 RBI & 2 runs scored. Dail with her second best stat line, a shutout on 5 hits, only one for extra bases, a double, 8 K's and only 2 BB's.

Did anyone truly believe the team would be this good? These women are something else and with a patchwork team no less.

Texas Tech hasn't lost yet and A&M is a top 20 team. Should be a good challenge for us.

For the first time in the Mary Nutter Classic, the Ducks are the visitors against Texas A & M, Sievers is leading off, followed by Cruse and Cid. Sievers attempts a bunt, is thrown out 3-4, A single down the first base line for Cid moves Cruse to second, Bowden doubles down the LF line, driving in Cruse & Cid.

Utect watches a 3rd strike, brings up Burks with Bowden on second, error on 6 has Burks at first, Bowden advances to 3rd, Bunker at bat, grounds out to 3.

Dail got the leadoff hitter to fly out, walked the 2nd, a wild pitch then sent her to 2b, got the next hitter to bounce on back to the circle, Dail threw her out, Dail gets the next Aggie out with her first K of the game, Ducks lead, 2-0 after one inning.

Galey leads off the 2nd inning with a walk, sac bunt by Wagner gets Galey to second, Sievers grounds out to 1b, moves Galey to third, Cruse flies out to lf.

Four consecutive balls got the leadoff Aggie in the bottom of the second to first, the next hitter fouled off 2 for strikes, but the next was outside for a walk, 2 on, 0 outs, next batter grounded out to second, the next hit back to Dail, runner tried to advance but Dail threw her out at third. Home run for a pinch hitter on a 2-2 count clears the bases and the Aggies lead, 3-2. Aggie hits a liner past second, a couple of pitches later, she steals second, next batter hits her in with a single to left field. Next hitter flies out to RF, Aggies 4 Ducks 2.
