After last season, anything they accomplish in the postseason is just gravy on an otherwise great year.duckgrad99 wrote:Clutch win. While it's going to take a near miracle to beat Florida State twice, I'm so proud of what this team has already accomplished.
I heard that too, I just don't think it will happen. If he pitches Friday and then again Monday, that is considered two days rest. Three day rest would be if he pitched a hypothetical game on Tuesday, because he would have "rested" on Monday. If he's pitching Monday, he's not restin'.greenyellow wrote:Horton said that he could throw Thornton if needed since he would actually be coming off 3 days rest (pitched Friday night so a Monday night game would technically be 3 days rest).oregontrack wrote:I highly, highly doubt Thornton pitches on 2 days rest. Maybe an inning late or something.
If Kuedall gets the win tonight/tomorrow, I bet they start Boer and don't hesitate to throw the entire pen at FSU over the course of the game. It's also VERY likely that Kuedall won't be able to go beyond 5 innings and we'll need the pen to do a lot of work tonight/tomorrow.
It's supposed to start at 7:06 ET so 4:06 PT. Should start shortly.blazers2011champs wrote:what time is the game scheduled to start at?
