Who would count as a flip at this point that is Limar or Johnson? Technically Matayo doesn't and I think that would leave out Hicks too, who iirc is doing so on Friday and hasn't "committed" anywhere.

Limar is the likely choice as far as Oregon goes. Fawcett has plenty of others he could be talking about as well since he does edits for recruits across the country.
