Gonzaga is actually quite good. We used to have a big midweek advantage with Christian Jones on the bump, but that's obviously off the table now. The Zags can mash, we have to be on our toes.

Brando Tessar on the mound tonight and Alex Keudell tomorrow. Would love to get these two before going to WSU, but Gonzaga has played well this season. Hope we're on tonight.

Kuedell going tomorrow? Is he going again Sunday, or is the Madison Boer-to-closer thing off the table now?

Don't know. That just what I read on the the AD release.

Forget the link: http://www.goducks.com/ViewArticle.dbml ... OEM_ID=500

They just swept UP which is something we haven't been able to do.

Tessar was in full beast mode today. 6 IP, 3 H, 0 R against a very good Gonzaga team. It's reasons like this (and Christian Jones, and Alex Kuedell, and Porter Clayton, and...) that we are facing the very real possibility of losing Tyler Anderson and Madison Boer this offseason, and I still think we'll be a lot better next year.

We probably won't have any true power hitters on the roster again next year, but collectively we'll probably have a bit more pop.

I would be satisfied (For the short term) if the Ducks had a couple more hitters who could consistently get the ball in play... Especially in the late innings.

Even without the power, that would have altered the outcome of at least a few games, this season.
