Conflicts what I am hearing. I just cant see him going to UT. Miami, Oregon, LSU, and hell even TCU(who he visited also to see a friend) but not UT.
If he does indeed go to UT Bells are going to go off. They didn't make a bowl game, their talent isnt on par with everyone else, their coach is an idiot thats getting into mounds of trouble. The list goes on...

I am happier with him at UT than anywhere else. A 5-7 school stuck in a league that will not be forgiving. I just don't see Kiffin turning around the school with his track record, the fact that the SEC has LSU, Florida, Georgia, Alabama and Ole Miss ahead of them, and a terrible offense.

If he goes to Tennessee, I will lose all respect I've had for Brown. Just the fact that he is there right before he is about to sign isn't good news.

It's not the 16th yet. UT is the only school we are already scheduled against during his tenure. They are on the bottom of my list of preferred schools he is looking at.

From someone on that board:

Oregon-45%
LSU-28%
UT-26%
Miami-1%

I can only say that maybe, if we're lucky, this a ploy by Butler or Dad to have Bryce look at school geographically closer than Oregon and make sure he is making the right choice. One last pitch to maybe steer him away from Oregon. In this case, Bryce is the ultimate decision maker but it's a compromise between the father and son. Something like, "hey, Bryce, take one last look at a school closer to us and we'll take you to see your buddy at TCU on the way." That's just my optimistic spin. Of course, this has me worried.

What are you hearing MOPS? This seems to be following the trend on the internet for the past week.

Because Kifin is a tool.

I want to hear something straight from the horse's mouth. I suspect we'll get a post-visit interview before he announces about his thought process. However, if he's decided on Oregon and is tripping to UT to just make sure than we probably wouldn't get that info from him.

A tool, yes. One that has a passion for recruiting though. Chip has that as well though. It is exciting what Chip will do in the next few years at the helm. I do hope he keeps his shirt on, but I will also forgive the few mistakes he makes on the way.

If Kiffin can pull off Oku and Brown in the same class, he deserves props. I am just going to laugh watching all that talent go to waste though.

Naw, these guys will make it to the nfl regardless. As long as they condition and train the combines will see to that. It is more the difference of early dollars that is the gamble.

If you are talking while they are in college though I agree with you.
