Great job by Vin, Dan Steele, the rest of the coaches and most importantly the young men that made it happen through their hard work.
Go Ducks!

I don't think that anyone has done it since the early or mid 90's. I think that it may have been Arkansas since they have won so many titles in the 3 events.
Update: I looked up Arkansas' titles and they seemed to have done it quite a bit back in the 90's. From the list, it looks like they did it 5 times: in 1992, 1993, 1995, 1998, and 1999. Arkansas has quite a program, one that may even be better than Oregon's. On the men's side, they've won 10 outdoor T&F, 19 indoor T&F, and 11 XC NCAA titles. Oregon has only won 12 titles in running events (6 XC, 4 outdoor T&F, and now 1 indoor T&F.)
