One?

Get all 3! Starting the season at 7-1 would be a heck of a confidence booster for this young team.

Is there any way to catch these games on television, or an on-line stream?

All I have come up with was a LiveStat feed... Can't wait for the new Larry Scott, er, PAC 12 network to get on line.

Yep I agree let's get one out of three and hopefully keep the other two close. Let's see how good this team is, both offensivly and pitching. Go Ducks!

lhp kevin ziomek (0-1, 13.50) vs. rhp alex keudell (0-1, 1.50)
lhp sam selmen (0-1, 10.80) vs. rhp jake reed (0-0, 1.50)
rhp drew vanderhagen (1-0, 6.75) rhp brando tessar (1-0, 4.05)

the earned run averages of vandy's pitchers are a bit skewed because stanford took them behind the shed last weekend. and, as mentioned before, stanford is my pick to not only win the pac-12, but the national championship. they are LOADED with talent. vanderhagen got drilled, too, but he pitched wednesday against a mid-major and brought his era down a bit.

i would largely ignore that stanford series. vandy is a legit top 10 team, even if they did drop to #17 in the rankings. they just got beat up by the best (imo). vandy is every bit as talented this year as they have been in the last 5 seasons, when they've been college world series mainstays. i would not freak out if we got swept. i'm not saying we will, but i would temper the outrage if we did. vandy's pretty awesome.

horton said keudell will throw 90 pitches today. god willing, he'll get us through the 6th inning and hand it over to sherfy. but i'm sure vandy knows that, and will be working counts to get his pitches up.

stoked for this series. good barometer for where we're at and how far we'll need to climb to stay above water in the pac-12.

heineman and hambright fail to drive him home. ziomek is overpowering us with his fastball.

keudell hits a batter, but gets out of the 2nd w/o much trouble. mendenhall then the top of the order coming up for the ducks.

payne gets hit by a pitch, but otherwise we go down fairly easy.

2-0 vandy, top 4

the commodores started to figure out keudell in the 3rd + a hambright passed ball = two vandy runs.
