I hope one of our guys can sneak in the first round, that'd be neat.
Good idea to start a thread for the NFL draft, TTownDuck.

I think that someone is going to get some great value out of JJ if he really does drop that low.

I agree. I would like to see all the running backs they have going ahead of Johnson in the first 5 or 6 rounds.

Low rankings for Unger, JJ, and Tupou. I've heard Tupou could go early round two, and Unger could definitely sneak into the first round. JJ could go by round four, though CBS could be right on him. Just depends on if anyone cares enough about his leadership and heart more than his pedestrian 40 times and size.

patrick chung i don't think is the number 1 SS in the class but i think he has the chance to be like bob sanders of the colts after a few years in the league. he is still young for a fifth year senior i think like 21. what about nick reed? i doubt he gets drafted but really hope he gets an invite to atleast some nfl team.

According to most Unger is a step below Mack. Unger needs to get in a weight room if he wishes to play C in the NFL. His upper body is relatively weak.TTownDuck wrote:Unger's a peculiar case. Depending who you talk to (or read), Unger is either the undisputed top center in the Draft who blew Alex Mack away in the Combine, or Alex Mack is the unquestioned best center in the Draft and Unger can't hold a candle to him. The reports on these two are so conflicting it's comical. Whoever goes first (and in the first round, most likely) will probably come down to whichever scout works for a certain organization.
Chung is rising...fast! I could see him a late first round pick.
