Since it is premium content I can't get too specific, but here is a brief summary of the opinions expressed in the article...

* Remene Alston had a very good day and is showing he can be a viable replacement for Jeremiah Johnson.

* Blount is starting to get his timing back, but made some mistakes also (fumbles).

* Holland continues to dominate overall, but sometimes has lapses in concentration and drops a few easy passes.

* Masoli's play is up and down.

* Dion Jordan and Dominic Glover had good days.

How about year round, with college on Saturdays and pros on Sundays? I'm so nice, I would even give them a month off. We have to have time to talk about the offseason, spring practices, and the NFL draft!

From what I gather of those that write their stories about how practices are going pretty much lies in their motivation.

Are they sensationalizing the practices to freak fans out so they will keep going to their websites and/or pay for more information? I will read different stories on the practices and they can be completely black & white on their opinions. If you have not been a QB at a D1 level, then maybe ratchet down your opinion of how you think Masoli is doing and try to be objective. If you have played one of these positions, I value your opinion because you've been in the trenches.

I prefer the reports on practices to be a bit more centered around fact & not guesses or inflating emotion just to sell a story. It gets a bit annoying.
