Really? Wow, that is a shocker. I heard he looked solid in the spring game. I wonder what brought this on? He might have had a starting spot this fall.

Well the new coach fired his dad. Not really much of a surprise at all.

This is his best timing to find a new team and his great play in the spring will give him lots of good options.

If Pflugrad knew about this for awhile, I think it was pretty lame of him to play in the spring game and take away playing time from the players that are going to be here.

His transferring is very odd. He looked like he had turned a corner and was going to play a major factor on this team. There's got to be something going on behind the scenes that would make him transfer. I always kind of thought that he might be one of the players to transfer due to his dad being let go. I wonder if his sister is going to transfer now that both her brother and dad are no longer associated with the university.

I dont blame him and I wish him all the best. As far as him playin in the spring game...so what? If there were other players that were better they would have been playing. I think its cool that he went out playin at top level. Maybe a little jab at all the detractors of him while he was at U of O...you know he is too slow cant do this cant do that etc etc....yeah he just caught the ball. Best of luck wherever he plays.

Not surprised. I had heard from a good source that he thought about it before the spring but decided to give it a try.

Mops, with Pflugrad now transferring, how many scholarships that that leave us for this coming year? Also, have you heard of any of this year's signed recruits not being able to qualify at Oregon an if so, how many?

He had a decent spring, but I would have been surprised if he replicated that this season. At least this frees up a scholly.

Damnnn, I was so excited to watch him this year. What a baby, the business CK has with his dad has nothing to do with him. It's time for him to grow up and learn on his own.

We really have no idea what's going on with him, or his family. Really no need to take a jab at him.

It does kind of suck that Aaron is transferring since he was one of the only WRs with major D-1 experience. Now that is left to Davis, Maehl, Harper, Holland, and Cavaille. Embry played some last year but not in major minutes and I don't remember him having a single catch on the year. We now have to hope that Cantu, Tuinei, Jackson, and Gaines can add to the WR corps. I also wonder if Lane will actually be coming in, considering he's a likely draftee in the MLB draft. He was a four-star recruit before he decided not to play football his senior year so he's probably talented enough that he could play his freshman year.

I am not surprised. I thought he was going to stay and give it his best despite the circumstances with his dad. Bllod is a lot thicker than water as the old cliche goes. He had great hands and will miss his ability to catch and hang onto the ball. I think when it comes to his spring game from a personal standpoint of his I think it showcased his talent very well. We now need our receivers and our offensive line to step things up. This defnitely hurts us. No getting around that. If both offensive line and our receiving group step things up we can overcome it.
