Was looking around rivals. and saw Tyrik Rollison profile. http://rivals100.rivals.com/viewprospec ... 08&sport=1 what would be the chance of him coming to Oregon. Mops do you know anything? Plus if we don't get Boyd he could fill the scholarship spot and he looks like a hella of ball player. As a JR he completed 69.9% of his passes for over 3500 yrds passing and another 500 on the ground. and a total of 44 TDs. Those are just sick numbers.

Top notch prospect but has grade issues.

Mops (or somebody) informed us that we stopped looking at him a few months back...

Dang well there is going to be a school that will let him in even with those grades, or will he have to go the JC way?

Pretty sure it's Boyd or bust for QB in this class.
RB on the other hand, we could use one.

Everything I have heard says he will be going to JUCO because of academics. After JUCO Oregon and Oklahoma State will probably be the leaders IMO.

Awhile back Oregon and more importantly Chip Kelly were recruiting both these guys. Then, one stopped hearing from Oregon entirely and still hasnt had any contact with Oregon at all and the other has been kept in the loop and recruited even when committed. Clearly the guy who still was in contact with Oregon was Boyd, and if we miss on Boyd, which I dont think we do, we don't take a QB in this year's class. Rollison is Okie State or bust.

Rollison has had academic issues from the beginning... Boyd on the other hand, is an excellent student in additon to be a great QB... (He plays Baseball, too!)
