ya, but one per team. You can sign more than one though to reach 12 players (so if you have 10 players, you can sign 2 guys).

ya, but no cuting to sign more FAs. After 24 hours, you can sign more FAs.
But for first 24 hours, only 1 Fa per team (unless to get to 12 guys). AFter that, you can sign whoever.
