I lose my starting C during the last sim and can't get a replacement. I mean it probably is not going to matter realistically, but seems like there should be a chance to replace injuries in this situation.

Yeah game sucks like that, but if you feel a little thin at a position, just sign some backups before going into playoffs. You had 2 roster spots open, but yeah.

Same applies with players on the IR. Once you hit playoffs, you can't take them off.
